small room open storage
The room size was rather small for a so-called Double Room. There was also a lack of proper closet space. The open storage inside the bathroom area felt a bit strange. The absence of an Italian TV channel was also disappointing. Showering caused the bathroom and entrance area to flood. That was VERY inconvenient!!!

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
convenient location varied breakfast clean room
The hotel is near the Giselastraße U-Bahn station. It is a quick walk. I found several good eating places close by. The breakfast offered many choices. The room was clean and well-kept.
The pillows were not very comfortable. They were too flat.

excellent stay in a great location
dog amenities helpful staff easy transportation
the staff was very helpful, allowing an early check-in. the provided dog amenities, including a water bowl and treats, were a lovely touch. i also found the public transportation to be very accessible from the hotel.
i noticed the fitness area equipment was somewhat limited.

The double room i had was modern and the perfect size for my family. bedding was excellent. the staff provided extra pillows quickly, because the standard ones were a little flat.

The location is excellent for shopping, dining, and transportation. public transportation is reliable and efficient. multiple cafes are within a five-minute walk of the hotel. Man v machine was a particular favorite.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. They facilitated an early check-in. the front desk held my luggage before check-in. upon my return, my luggage was already in my room, which i appreciated.

breakfast had great choices, including meat, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs. there were also dishes of scrambled eggs. fancy coffees were available at the press of a button. i appreciate the fresh cooking.

natural light shower room baggage storage
The room i occupied featured natural light. it contained two shower rooms and toilets. Personal night lighting was available. baggage storage after checkout was provided at no cost until my flight departed.
