The room size was rather small for a so-called Double Room. There was also a lack of proper closet space. The open storage inside the bathroom area felt a bit strange. The absence of an Italian TV channel was also disappointing. Showering caused the bathroom and entrance area to flood. That was VERY inconvenient!!!

The hotel is near the Giselastraße U-Bahn station. It is a quick walk. I found several good eating places close by. The breakfast offered many choices. The room was clean and well kept.
The pillows were not very comfortable. They were too flat.

the staff was very helpful, allowing an early check-in. the provided dog amenities, including a water bowl and treats, were a lovely touch. i also found the public transportation to be very accessible from the hotel.
i noticed the fitness area equipment was somewhat limited.

The location is excellent for shopping, dining, and transportation. public transportation is reliable and efficient. multiple cafes are within a five-minute walk of the hotel. Man v machine was a particular favorite.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. They facilitated an early check-in. the front desk held my luggage before check-in. upon my return, my luggage was already in my room, which i appreciated.
